When you create an account or make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property address. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your data
We use your information to process and manage bookings, send confirmation and reminder emails, match you with an appropriate cleaner, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for secure data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and is bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
