Yes — we match you with a cleaner and aim to send the same person every visit. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll notify you and arrange suitable cover.

Yes. Every cleaner on our platform has passed a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check before their first booking.

Yes. All cleaners carry full public liability insurance. You're covered for accidental damage from the moment they arrive.

Every cleaner goes through an in-person interview, reference check, and supervised trial clean. We don't just list people — we personally vouch for them.

No. Many clients leave a key or use a lockbox. Just include access instructions in your booking notes. Your cleaner will lock up when done.

Standard cleans start at £60, deep cleans at £120, end of tenancy at £180, and move-in/out at £150. Prices vary by property size — see our services page for full details.

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Products, equipment, and travel are all included.
