Yes — if your deposit is deducted for something we should have caught during the clean, we return to fix it at no extra cost. We photograph every room on completion so pre-existing issues are documented.

Yes, we can book access via concierge or key safe. Many Canary Wharf and City buildings require vendor approval — we're familiar with those systems. Just let us know the building requirements when booking.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 working days before your checkout date. Same-week bookings are sometimes available depending on cleaner availability in your area.

Standard cleans run 2 hours, deep cleans 4 hours, end of tenancy 6 hours, and move-in/move-out around 5 hours. Exact duration depends on property size — larger homes may take longer.

Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card is never charged until checkout is complete.
