Our Move-in/Move-out service is a 5-hour deep clean (£150) that covers both pre-tenancy setup and departure cleaning. We deep-clean the oven, descale bathrooms, wash windows, steam carpets, wipe all cupboards, and sanitise every surface so the property is inventory-ready.

Yes, absolutely. The move-in option prepares your new home before you unpack: oven degreased, bathroom disinfected, carpets steamed, all surfaces sanitised. You arrive to a hotel-fresh space.

Our 5-hour slot covers most 1-2 bedroom flats and houses. For larger properties (3+ beds) we can extend the booking. The flat £150 rate applies regardless of move-in or move-out — no price difference.

Yes — it works as a two-way service. If you're moving out of one property and into another the same day, book two sessions (one for each address) and we'll coordinate the timing.

Yes. Weekly and fortnightly recurring cleans are available. After your first booking, contact us to set up a recurring schedule and lock in your preferred slot.

No. Your cleaner arrives with all professional-grade products and equipment. If you have allergies or product preferences, add a note at checkout.

Standard cleans run 2 hours, deep cleans 4 hours, end of tenancy 6 hours, and move-in/move-out around 5 hours. Exact duration depends on property size — larger homes may take longer.

Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Your card is never charged until checkout is complete.
